
LAKE GEORGE, New York (WABC) -- High school students from the Bronx were on board a bus that crashed near Lake George on Sunday morning.
The bus ran off the road and into a tree and a building near Lake Shore Drive and Diamond Point Road.
The students and chaperones were from a number of different Bronx high schools. Four people are being treated at Glens Falls Hospital for minor injuries. The bus driver was transported to Albany Medical Center with more serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
The others on board the bus were transported to the Warren County Sheriff's office. There were 17 students and six adults on the bus.
Volunteers from the American Red Cross are providing food, blankets and comfort kits with personal care items to the students.
New York State Police are investigating the accident.
The number of students and the schools they attend are unknown.
